Barren - why are we buying centres out of administration that need 'turning around' if we are trying to sell 5-6 whatever amount of centres at the same time that they are unable to 'turn around' it makes no sense at all. They clearly can't do it.
Let's see what the results look like when they are released. If after 2 years of running Mayfield the CEO can't turn it around it's time to go.
