Would be back to the $195k. Accept a crap deal or get a really crap deal. Director receiving effectively $120k of stock to forego $95k of wages. Both taxed so apples to apples comparison. Given the company should be trading 3 times where it is today (and we were promised 5 times) it is a disappointing. Perhaps some focus on Applabs business & shareholders rather than all the other spin off deals which Applabs are part funding and directors are getting personal stakes in.
