when you do a lap of a shopping centre at the moment there is still quite a bit of retail that hasn't re-opened. obviously these retailers didn't prepare well enough and maybe a few of them will likely be the ones to permanently shut in 6mths time. AX1 reopened late April from memory along with a few other strong retailers, so they would be getting a bit of a free kick in sales for the last 3-4weeks and will continue to be in front of the curve when other retailers open and slowly find their feet. Add in Online sales exploding, Job Keeper and no doubt a group of this size would be successful with many landlords negotiations, the future looks positive. I originally purchased shares when the company was called RCG and finally purchased again last week. I think AX1 looks the goods.
