Hey PD,
If you note the past 14 days for example the days low has been before 11am for the 11 of those.If you bought after 1:36 you would have missed the low 100% of the time. The odds may be in your favour if you buy in the morning if you want to buy the days lows. Of course past performance is no indicator.
