Please don’t be offended but as a long-term shareholder of EOS, the only philanthropic work I have seen Fred Bart participate in, is the lining his own pockets with repeated Director Bonuses and the subsequent dilution of the existing shareholders value. This happened throughout the early stages of the company and is why he has amassed 5.5 million shares. I would hate to think what the share price would be today if this self-appointed highway robbery didn’t take place. As for his leaving one can only speculate but I’m sure whatever the reasons they would be entirely self-serving. Farewell onwards and upwards.
