Will be interesting to see how much the EBITDA needs to be guided down on the back of this morning's announcement - i'd thought of EoN as more a 2021-2023 type prospect based on slide 10 of their FY19 results presentation, and they shouldn't have been aggressively forecasting new sales given market conditions. I suppose there's now some reasonable doubt about whether EoN will ever be rolled out.
NZ-listed stock (off 25%) now trades at ~3.5x EV / recurring revenue. Will be interesting to see whether any directors/managers buy stock on open market at these levels - they absolutely should if the current issues are truly transitory (which is what they're publicly saying).
