wow what a fall from grace, last time I looked and almost bought GTK it was smashing it out the park.
I don't think directors are really able to buy until after the clarification though...
The announcement would otherwise read: "We need to assess the size of the downgrade, we'll get back to you with some hard figures in a week, but in the mean time while we've got a fair idea of the size of the downgrade, but you have absolutely no idea, we'll be taking advantage of this uncertainty which we created, and we're buying with our ears pinned back".
