Nothing has changed here, the board did the correct thing and would have asked him to step down after being charged by the police.
He also stepped down as Chairman from MRC which he has been a director since 2000, so there is no underlying connection to the performance of CXZ business.
Have a read of the below article (link). If the share price falls to 1c I'll be doubling up and will be laughing all the way to the bank once this re-rates.
