I have never alluded to the notion that directors or fund managers are not allowed to sell shares. However, when they do so, I believe that they do so in an orderly fashion, especially when there is s high possibility of their selling volumes negatively affect the share price.
In the case of NANIA, I believe that this was done with absolutely no regard to how it might affect other shareholders and/or the Company. I believe that, as a Company Director, he had a responsibility to the company and fellow shareholders, to siphon off his holdings systematically.
When the Director of a Company sells at the peak, just prior to a 50% drop, what message does it send to the rest of us?
I could bet my last dollar that NANIA is currently buying up big time at around 1.4c, the proof will be in his next Director selling notice. He has caused a lot of people a lot of grief ........ karma is a bitch, NANIA.
