However the smart ones conduct in-depth due diligence and carefully political, cultural and environmental scans , and move in careful incremental steps with rigorous checks and balances over site along the way.
Unfortunately PET demonstrated none of this and now are just added to the fleet of wrecks littered on that China landscape ,along with its shareholders funds.
