Well, well, well, that explains a lot of the sales that couldn't be explained (The 20M share transaction etc) and had to be a Top 3 SH selling out, with the volume that's been going through. Never expected WMA or EEA so this Ann explains everything I suspected was happening behind the scenes.
Finally, thank god, that's almost the end of the Gallagher era once he disposes of his last 16M shares. I too, didn't see that he contributed much towards the boards ambitions and was always too busy to attend AGM's. His priorities and the boards were not aligned IMO.
Frankly I am more than happy to see he has been disposed of, I mean see him resign.
