Potts is travelling back to Vic in the morning and may give you a more comprehensive response on arrival, however I'm from Perth and attended the AGM with Potts and Saltbus.

The moratorium on fracking has been lifted in WA for existing approved oil and gas plays. The South West of WA and around Perth are still no go areas for fracking. The existing approved plays cover only 2% of the WA land mass.

Arrowsmith is covered by existing approvals so we are fine to continue to work that play, however it was confirmed that further drilling and fracking of Arrowsmith would no commence prior to 3rd quarter 2019.
