I did read this and thought that it was a bit of a waffle and not very specific and is the reason for my question.
"to assist the Board identify and a implement initiatives to maximise the value of the Company's asset portfolio" and then "KPMG is a global advisory firm with significant experience in fundraising, joint venture and M&A transactions" so my question still is what specifically have they been asked to do?
Are we fundraising, looking at a joint venture or a M&A.
