    An extremely poorly worded market release. As I understand it Ross Sudano appointed both Jack and Matthew during the peak of the take-over saga in December last year. It wouldn't really surprise me if they had been selected for reasons that we can only speculate on... note that Matthew departed just a month after the takeover bid ended.
