Does anyone see this as concerning? I am not familiar with Jeffrey Parncutt specifically but can see he is only a minor shareholder, assuming his holding is an indication of his dedication to the business.
The only issue I see is his experience around finance and investment, which may have been useful in either a raise or buy out event.
Is this raising red flags for anyone or is this a keep on trucking moment?
