Has anyone found any info on the new director they’re putting forward to replace sb?
Are they aligned to Sargon?
I ask this because sargon just purchased asx:OVH trustee services business for 45 million. With there other companies they are becoming pretty sizeable.
They must be planning of a reverse takeover of us with there 20% ownership here. Maybe sb was against this and this is a way to get it to happen quicker.
