Insignificant!
Mr Shigeno was there as a representative of the I'Rom Group's investment (only 6.36%) and I guess he was initially primarily interested in the Cmax side of IDT's business. Now that I'Rom own 100% of Cmax, his position was of little use or consequence going forward. More than $50K saving on his salary/fees and expenses.
