Scarily enough I don't think it's a gimmick. He posted a rant on twitter in 2021 about a family member who was on a ventilator in NSW and that he was fighting the hospital to administer ivermectin to "save his life" after the poor bastard was probably one of the people he conned into believing his rubbish. Hope that's not the only person he sold on the idea of an early grave.
There's crazy and then there's dangerous crazy. Gassin crossed over into the latter long ago. Despite being banned on this site since 2016 he's still desperate for attention.
