I agree. But so far, we have seen lots of clients drop off after the initial trial period. This wasn't made explicit by management but could be worked out based on the announcements made and actual revenue figures in the quarterlies. I also note that the company has stopped doing trials, so all customers are paid ones. I think this was revealed in the last quarterly.

Since then, there has been no update to the market, so we have no clue if the attrition rates are still high, and how many will stay on when their subscriptions are due for renewal/rolling over.
