I have a suspicion and it's purely speculative in nature, however perhaps they were still building the full product suite. Not uncommon for start ups also
You don't get tier 1 clients on board by not having a tier 1offering
In my view only thing that would smash the SP would be exit of some of the tier 1 clients although given they are listed on their website it's safe to assume that's not the case?
