How do people still think she left of her own accord? She would have been given an ultimatum: you either give more time to Xped, or we find someone that will (or do without).
It's a very smart decision by Management; we have gotten this far without her (development, deals, etc), so why incur unnecessary expenditure for someone who does not give it their all? This is what happens in smaller companies...there is nowhere to hide.
