Good old Bevan is back in the CRK saddle as Company Secretary. He makes an excellent YES man to any master.

Elaine's resigning does not mean a lot - her family effectively still controls this company. I doubt that she had the right skill set to add value to the company. Her departure from the Board makes the company look less like a family company, which is what it basically was when Frank was running the show. In that sense it is a positive step.
