This is not good whatever way you try to spin it. Two of the largest shareholders disagree on the direction the company should head. I guess LF wants to off load the business and the Carr family want to see Frank's dream realised and the resource developed. It is basically impossible to sell this business without the agreement of the Carr family and the current leadership has no intention of moving towards mining the resource. LF is going to have to get US a great price to get the Carr family onside.
