The only problem fisho26 is that these company directors are the one's who have been mining the shareholders.

If it hasn't dawned on anybody yet, the main reason that the share price is languishing so badly is because of this company's poor record on corporate governance. Basically, the market doesn't trust these directors because of their past failings and because they have eroded shareholder wealth by virtue of their own greed.

The Corporate Governance Statement in the Annual Report to shareholders dated 01/10/2010 (P.65-70) is a clear indication of the urgent need for an independnet Board of Directors.
