Perhaps I'm being too suspicious, but given recent developments where the Chairman has got his claws into the IP and now the Chairman of the audit committee resigns, isn't replaced, but the position is filled by the Chairman of the company, for me a little alarm bell is ringing. I wonder if there is a story to be told about the reason for this recent resignation.
