IOT to Nigel. A successful relationship would usually result in a recommendation outlining the contributions. IOT write the letter and its contents. Obviously the relationship between company and director was unrewarding or confrontational. It may have nothing more to it than a difference of opinion and may/may not be good for IOT.

Getting a product to market matters more to IOT than a director. Investors have suffered enough, it would be nice to see a product get to market and sort out the companies position.
