It's not exactly unheard of for founders & lead scientists to leave a company at some point but is bizarre that they leave before delivering proof of concept on something they have spent a great deal of their career working towards. Hard to buy the line "the science is basically nailed" when they leave a year before definitive POC is expected ?
I still find them leaving with half lifes & PK / PD still outstanding a bit concerning ?
