DS called it. I am at odds why you wouldn't announce it at the AGM as Doug was an apology anyway but the notice said effective from the AGM. Maybe I missed it but I am pretty sure I didn't. It's a strange thing to do but i guess if you announced it at the meeting, I am assuming that you may be open to a new director being elected that the board may not like. Pure speculation only as I have no idea what's going on..
