Only speculation but i've thought it looks like Hosking wants to sell the company out since the founders and CEO CSO have exited over the last 6 or so months Hocking, Watt, McHarrie & now Wilson --- no executive board members or chair left just newly appointed ne chair Unwin, JCC (without any equity ?) and Hosking (largest shareholder with 30%?) all in non-executive roles. Interesting to see how this plays out.
