Until the situation is clarified there will be considerable speculation. I also thought trade sale was the destination but the proposal at the AGM to enable 10% placement has me intrigued. Intriguing in that I understand and have read in the ASX rules that the Board can make a 15% placement without recourse to shareholders. This then makes 25% capacity. Why would you go for that if looking for trade sale. Where do Barton and/or the absent JCC fit into this?
Lets move from AGM season to speculation season and see who gets closest. LOL
