Yes, my concerns are also over personnel changes and leadership - or lack thereof. To-date many changes seem to be reducing scientific input - with more of a corporate / commercial focus..? - BUT without the science there simply is no PYC.
With Richard and Paul (mostly) gone - who is REALLY leading the scientific team?
I really hope they make an appointment here soon, consultant or whoever, otherwise the science could 'drift' and we end up with a really commercially focused corporate with nothing to sell.
