I don’t understand how its heartless / arrogant. It’s factually correct (Bob’s problem seems to be extremely bad fortune rather than bad management of course. But it’s still very obviously a problem).

Either way, everyone naturally wishes Bob the best. And at the same time we all remain every bit as impatient with Groundhog development as we were a few weeks ago. Let’s hope this doesn’t cause too greater hindrance, and things can get moving quickly with a swift and suitable chairman appointment. I suspect that’s not as easy as it sounds.
