I assume there are people in the office to turn the lights on KSD since Mr Vorias was not an employee of the company, he was a board member. Incidentally, he was on the board for the entire time that D'Anna and Moran were there and he did nothing to stop their activities, he also did not purchase any shares for the entire time he was a board member, so it is hardly a traversty that he's gone.
The company now has to find another one or two board members but at least the two that are there presently (Chisholm and Burton) are both heavily invested in the business.
