Not sure flight, I could have told them for free their subscription based apps and games DCB would not work in anything other than an extremely rich Western country with lax corporate rules like here in Australia. Until the Telcos changed the rules themselves the DCB was successful here, I think proven MBE where scamming people into unwanted subscription in a lot of cases based by the reaction when people had a chance to review their subscription by the two step process.

I said before I did not do my homework into international DCB which I thought was a 'Direct carrier billing service'. It is not it is an app based subscription service incorrectly named in my opinion as the Telco provides the DCB platform not MBE.

At least MBE have made some good decisions to go with the bad re; mobile advertising solutions marketing which I wish will be the sole objective of MBE going forward.
