Interesting how Cliff James now jumps ship a couple of weeks after the other 3 directors slapped each other on the back at another EGM issuing themselves shares worth millions to their family trusts for their services rendered back and forth to one another.
Meantime shareholders are still stuck and can’t sell due to failed relisting from problems pivoting the company and getting it up in Indiana or frankly anywhere-c’mon what’s holding things up?
