Lightweights maybe, but it was probably Buchi who set up the $30m CR, which was very well done, we were 27c not all that long before that raise. Some of the others are and were there for their outstanding contribution to the science. Yes, Francis has to go, but the succession planning has been going on for a while and he is surely going soon.
