Wow, only nine months in the job!I was surprised by the early resignation, but even more than surprised by the lack of detail in the announcement of the departure. This certainly is a bit of a worry. What does the BoD know that they are not passing on to the shareholders?
In some instances not knowing details can be an advantage, but for a Director who was lauded as a great asset when he joined CTP, because of his extensive knowledge in investment banking, M& A and business development, I am not so sure that we need to be given the mushroom treatment!
What is going on boys and girl?
We dumb old shareholders, who actually own the company and end up paying the bills, would like to be enlightened!
