He is a smart bloke.

If he wants to sell his shares and take his paycheck.......he would resign and sell shares.

That way people won't find out.
It is not a good look a sitting Director or management selling shares......however legitimate reason it may be.
The market always gets spooked of director selling news.

Leigh Junk can find another job. Specially with his DRM turnaround reputation.....he will be sought after.

SLR shares are not cheap.
