Man these guys know how to run a tight ship.
Not that I personally had anything against Neil, but I do see this as a positive as I believe some viewed him as being tied up with the old story too much. In my opinion this not only tightens the purse strings, but completely clears the deck.
Apart from the clean slate, I particularly liked this bit:
"...we now look forward to receiving the first lots of gold results from Tick Hill..."
Not long to wait now guys and all while gold is hotter than hot.
