Probably one of the worst days for the ASX announcements website to go down, over 85 companies had their AGMs on Friday (the last allowable date for companies who have June 30th year ends). The end of AGM season also has a high proportion of the trouble maker companies i.e. Donaco holding their AGMs so I suspect there are shareholders of a few other companies out there waiting on information also. Not really good enough for a developed market exchange imo. For those that don't actually know the details it makes a company like Donaco seem even more inept and by the looks of it the failure to lodge looks to be totally out of their control.
