Its clear that the Tans must have Somboon vote to win this war and Somboon only interest is to get out of the arbitration unscathed and maximize his own upside by screwing other shareholder. There is no further substantial holder stake change since the 5 percent lodgement from the Tans. I think they only get enough shares to start a proxy vote as the front for Somboon. The other shares are likely to be from nominee account held by Somboon associates.

From Htran comment, they have 35% of the company now which is enough to vote off the three directors and cancel the arbitration proceeding. ASM is overconfident this time.

We will see what happen next. If all the proceedings are cancelled, the share price will just stay here or below. Somboon just get away from taking Star Vegas back for nothing and pocketed 300mil usd from shareholders.
