Not necessarily, just musing out loud over the possibilities. I'd be happy for a takeover, but only after HZR have proven their process at scale and only after a drawn-out bidding war between two or more deep-pocketed bidders (MIN vs. Chiyoda would make for a nice little battle and the last shareholders to accept should do very nicely indeed).
I once held PDL in NZ and watched a takeover battle develop which pushed them up from around $4 to (I think) $14. A classic case of multiple bidders fighting for control of a target leading to handsome returns for those shareholders who stay the distance. Too bad that I had already sold mine literally just before the first bidder made their move.
HZR being taken over is purely speculation on my part and for the record I'm almost always wrong.
