It concerns me that there will be no competition in a takeover offer as
1. MIN have the other leg of the process graphite, locked in ..with the MOU
2. MIN have the plant and ingredients for the Hazer process,
We Hazer only have the recipe. Our pursuit of commercial acceptance with the Plant at
Woodman Point takes us right away from the MIN MOU and their influence, we could
row our own boat and that would worry MIN . We are cheap at $1 a share and MIN
only needs to open the petty cash tin
