yes , very interesting. "Requirements of the Hazer Board Position" says to me that there are decisions
to be made that may not be in line with the MOU. Like the ownership of graphite residue from the
Hazer process, now that the graphite value has increased thru Hazer research.
as an aside, the BOD left to their own devices is a worry, my faith in the managerial ability has declined
over the years to the point that 'any movement at the station' is as stated....Very Interesting.
