People who take on too much risk and are forced to sell. No one sells at a loss unless they have too.
Quite possible some of the shares bought in the recent cap raise were bought using leverage.
Overall, I am very happy this raise has happened now. It has guaranteed the project success for the demonstration plant.
This is a positive raise and the SP drop is expected.

Interestingly, this movement could incentivise gas energy companies to use hazer.
