You are the eternal optimist but I would not get too excited if I was you. Don't forget who is the major shareholder, it's not the CEO, its Norman. The CEO reports to the board and Norman and he can't cut anyone out of the business dealings with Careline without the board agrees.

And don't expect an answer your emails on the pertinent questions you may have. You are better off going to the AGM and raising your questions there.

There are other structural issues in the business, such as managing cash flow, ageing equipment that breaks down regularly, and we never hear about the culture of the business and how that is improving--there is a constant loss of talent and a revolving door from what I have heard.
