The problem as I see it, is that Accenture is massive. Growing a massive concern at a high rate translates into a heap of money. This end of the market, capital is a little scarcer, getting it at a good price harder. It is why you need a bit of a swag in your PR. Growing at the same rate as your capital base just does not get you the value added deal to drive the sp.

I said it before, the board is skinny in this regard and skinnier now. Throughout the businesses there is a large amount of talent, we just need that reflected outwards.

as context... director level at Accenture I'm pretty sure doesn't mean shit. Partner yes... But Director can really be any hack. I'm months away from Director at an almost Big4 and I sure as hell couldn't step I to a role as big as Jeff's. And unlikely he took a paycut either...
