This is troubling to say the least. @TenX, can you shed any light on what has happened here. Based on your contributions in this forum it seems you’re quite close to the BOD/ management.
The only possible positive interpretation is Bombora is looking to backdoor TSI into an ASX shell and GT needs to come off the board to avoid any perceptions of conflict. But in that scenario he could’ve recused himself from voting so hard to make this case out.
All the other scenarios favour the downside IMO - eg disagreement in strategy etc. Hopefully not a lead indicator that Bombora is bailing out.
