Based on Australia’s current BNPL user base of 30% of the population,
one could make the assumption that 30% of ICUs current 18,000,000 Transactions p/m could become BNPL transactions.
18,000,000 x 12 months x 30% = 64,800,000 BNPL transactions per year.

Merchant Fees are typically 3%-6% with an average transaction value of around $178 -June 2018
For the purposes of this exercise I have reduced this to heavily to $50aud and will use the lower 3% merchant fee.
$50 x 0.03 x 64,800,000 = $97,200,000
Note: there is also often a transaction fee e.g. 30c per transaction on top this. That would add another $19,440,000.
Total $116,640,000 yearly revenue.

10% of users also had late fees and other charges. Ignoring this for now.

Some additional considerations:
Transaction volume appears to have increased around 5% in just one month (August announcement “17 million transactions “ vs website “18 million transactions per month” September)
The infrastructure, partnerships and users are already in place, operational and using the software.

At a PE10+ there is a fair bit of upside from here.

Population of 300million @ even 10% users you’re looking at serious room for growth

There is definitely risk as with all stocks, however if the board can pull it off there is a large reward waiting for shareholders.
