Not sure about another CR, but there were 6 points to vote on
1) Ratification of prior issue of first tranche placement shares
2) Approval of issue of shares
3) Approval to issue shares under the proposed placement
4) Approval of issue of Lead Manager options to Barclay Pearce Capital
5) Ratification of prior issue of shares
6) Special resolution to change company's name
Point (2) I am assuming was the approval for the second tranche of shares that we already know about.
All 6 points were passed
